In July, summer evenings begin earlier at Casa Fernando Pessoa. Every Thursday, in the late afternoon, the restaurant’s terrace hosts open-air jazz concerts featuring musicians from the Hot Clube de Portugal.

For a month, this program invites you to enjoy live music in a relaxed atmosphere, where different rhythms provide the soundtrack for those who live the summer in the city.

Piano, vocals and double bass. Katerina L'dokova and Francisco Nogueira perform as a duo, exploring traditional melodies from Belarus and Portugal that have been passed down through the generations, alongside compositions with no specific roots. A concert where tradition and creativity coexist. Where each song unfolds through the dialogue between two musicians who bridge the past and the present, creating music that is never repeated, prioritising space and the moment.

About the musicians

Katerina L’dokova brings melodies that bridge the past and the present, tradition and modernity. Her music has been described by Vogue as “little pieces of light”.

Francisco Nogueira, an award-winning composer, moves between jazz, theatre and dance.
