Visiting Conditions

Casa Fernando Pessoa is a place to be inhabited. Anyone who visits a house also inhabits it.

Upon arrival, buy or validate your ticket at the ticket office located in the bookshop.

For your comfort and safety we will ask you not to take large suitcases and backpacks (for example, travel bags) into the exhibition and library spaces. You may leave these and other objects in the lockers on level -1, which are locked. You will need a €1 coin which is returned to you when you re-open the locker.

The long-term exhibition takes place on three floors and we suggest you start on the third (highest) floor. You can go up the stairs or take the elevator.

You may take pictures or videos in all areas of the exhibit. We only ask that you do not use flash or tripods, for the sake of the collections preservation.
